These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of systemaai.co, our landing pages, forms, and the services offered by Systema AI LLC ("Systema AI," "we," "us," "our"). By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Systema AI LLC is a New Hampshire limited liability company that designs and deploys AI-powered marketing and automation systems — paid advertising, AI SMS lead qualification, and appointment booking — for home-improvement and HVAC businesses. Our mailing address is 252 Daniel Webster Hwy #1119, Nashua, NH 03060.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or submit a form. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Submit a phone number you do not own or are not authorized to provide.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Forms, applications, and communications

When you submit our application or contact forms, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, and — where you have separately opted in — SMS. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. We review applications and respond at our discretion.

SMS messaging is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchase.

SMS program — required disclosures:

• How to opt out: You can stop messages at any time by replying "Text STOP" (or simply STOP) to any Systema AI SMS message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email eury@systemaai.co.
• Message and data rates may apply. Systema AI does not charge to send or receive SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you per message or as part of your plan. Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically fewer than 10 messages per month). Contact your carrier for plan-specific rates.
• Carrier liability disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions outside our control.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide to opt in.
• Full program details — opt-in methods, message types, supported carriers, privacy handling, and program-owner contact — are documented in our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

5. Services and engagements

Information on this site about our services, programs, pricing, and offers (including any founding-client program) is provided for general information and may change at any time. Any paid engagement between you and Systema AI is governed by a separate written services agreement that defines scope, fees, deliverables, term, and any performance guarantee. Where these Terms and a signed services agreement conflict, the signed services agreement controls for that engagement.

6. No guarantee of results

Marketing and lead-generation outcomes depend on factors outside our control — your market, pricing, sales process, response time, ad platform behavior, and seasonality. Except for a specific, written guarantee set out in a signed services agreement, Systema AI does not promise any particular number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue. Case studies and examples on this site reflect specific situations and are not a promise of comparable results.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, copy, and design are owned by Systema AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission. Systems, workflows, prompts, and software we develop remain our property unless a signed services agreement expressly assigns or licenses them to you.

8. Third-party services and links

Our site and services rely on third-party platforms (for example, hosting providers, GoHighLevel and underlying SMS carriers, advertising platforms, analytics, and calendar tools). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systema AI LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site (separate from a signed services agreement) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Systema AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
