SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Systema AI LLC ("Systema AI," "we," "us," "our") operates an SMS messaging program for clients, prospects, and leads who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Systema AI as described below.

2. Message types you may receive

Once opted in, you may receive any of the following message types:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders — confirming bookings, sending reminders before scheduled calls or meetings, and rescheduling notifications.
• Lead qualification and follow-up — questions to understand your project, pricing range, timeline, and decision criteria so we can route you to the right consultation.
• Service updates — onboarding steps, account changes, billing receipts, and operational notices tied to active engagements.
• Promotional messages — occasional offers, case studies, audit invitations, and content from Systema AI relevant to home-improvement and HVAC operators.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program(s) you opted in to. Most subscribers receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Conversational threads (e.g., active lead qualification) may temporarily exceed this.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Systema AI does not charge to send or receive these messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you per message or as part of your plan. Contact your carrier for specifics.

5. How to opt in

You consent to receive SMS messages from Systema AI by any of the following:

• Submitting a form on systemaai.co or any Systema AI landing page where the SMS opt-in checkbox is selected.
• Replying YES or START to a Systema AI message after a prior SMS or in-person opt-in conversation.
• Providing your phone number during a booked consultation, audit, or onboarding call and acknowledging SMS contact.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. How to opt out

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any Systema AI text message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further marketing or promotional messages will be sent. You may continue to receive transactional messages tied to active engagements (e.g., appointment confirmations) unless you also unsubscribe via email or contact us directly.

To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

8. Supported carriers

Systema AI's SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide to opt in to this program.

10. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes a dedicated SMS data-handling section.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email before they take effect.
